 I want to find a commercial building with a great roof deck.  Then I want to open an Asian food restaurant there, called, wait for it.....

Then you could rename the floors to letters and on floor “c” you could open a micro greens company called Lightspeed and then you would be the constant gardener.

 In Texas, if it backed onto an empty quarter you could have a combo restaurant and shooting range with a bunch of steel targets out back. Silhouettes of guys carrying TV’s, cases of liquor and boxes of Nikes. Of course you’d have to paint them white.
