one of my heroes, Ludwig von Mises in his book from 1922 titled ‘SOCIALISM’ he uncovered the root of the argument he started the book by talking about HAVING i will use the word OWNERSHIP
he says there are only 2 ways to own things 1- be the 1st one to get and claim it (the american indian) 2- or use violence to take it from somebody who already has it. and that’s life
all ownership derives from OCCUPATION and VIOLENCE human beings are always at WAR. we want PEACE so how do we get PEACE? that’s where LAW comes in

even though the constitution is more than 200 years old many are still talking about indigenous rights many are still talking about racial injustice and the earnings gap between men and women the fact is that slavery existed when the constitution was written
in many places women and blacks couldn't own property or vote and we all agree these things were wrong. PERIOD
