Additionally I'd suggest MSM and GLYCINE.
MSM [methylsulfonylmethane (CH3)2SO2 ]. It is a sulphur compound with positive effects on cartilage regeneration (osteoarthritis) and the immune system. I take it together with GLYCINE [C2H5NO2], a non-essential amino acid.
Both approx. 1 teaspoon daily, but 3-4 months are necessary to feel the effects.
Of course supplement intakes are (as everything) highly individual, most obviously depending on where you live, your diet and lots of other parameters. So you need to find out for yourself 😉
