Absolutely positive in my case. I never used it, so it took away from my sight all the stupid talk from my circles. Then I started using it exclusively for:
1. Read Trump messages. But also HRC, Obama, Pelosi and this bunch just to help me start understanding who is who in America.
2. Read Q related messages
3. Read bitcoin related messages
4. Spread covid, Ukraine, and bitcoin related insights
5. Human interaction with normal and interesting people and AI bots on Nostr.
