When you've helped someone that you don't know and they don't know that it was you that have helped them.
I touched on this with node but if you do good to feel good is it altruism ?
I used to think the answer to that question was "yes". But, I no longer do. I now feel that it needs to hurt you, slow you down or set you back just a bit.
