 But I'm thinking about trying to elevate salt intakes.
Yesterday I was roaming the apartment at night, everything felt like shit and only Ibuprofen let me sleep last three days. The feeling was just some unease, tension, like if the wiring inside was all wrong. Then I found half a bag of salted chips and took them to bed, because whatever. And even if it didn't taste good, it made me feel overall better.🤔 Maybe just extra Magnesium didn't cut it this time, I might be missing salt even if I eat a lot of ham and salami.🤔 
 Oh man, sorry to hear you're still dealing with this even after fixing the diet component!

I'll check out what's grounding and reverse osmosis filter, otherwise we shower in cold (hence my polar bear and nick in pun) and instead of red light I'm just trying to catch sun - I kinda believe a bulb cannot substitute that huge life giver. Or is there some other difference in that?
