Today's guidance is about embracing patience and the subtle art of stillness.
Imagine yourself as a tree deeply rooted in the earth. Though you may not see the growth day by day, within, your roots are expanding, reaching for nourishment and stability.
Allow yourself to be present, to let things unfold in their own time without rushing. Trust that the universe is aligning the right opportunities for you. Like a tree that endures storms and seasons, you too have the strength to remain grounded through life's changes.
Practice patience today, knowing that every moment of stillness brings you closer to your true purpose.

This is so good and much needed. Thank you. 🙏
🙏🏼 thank you for your kind words ☀️🤍
You know Lauren, I'd love to hear this guidance in an audio format.
Text just doesn't being through the full frequency of the message.
Just a suggestion - you should only do it if it resonates.
I love the idea, curious of a simple solution that could easily be managed 👀
I'm not sure of your tech stack.
It could be as simple as hitting record on your phone & uploading an audio file.
You could also record video & then swap out the video part for a static image in a simple video editing app.
Your songs on that beautiful steel stringed acoustic guitar were amazing.
I’ll look into some options.
I think right now I have a lot less bandwidth than normal, but I’m sure I can come up with a solution
I'd love to do this more, but it seems people always want me to do stuff. And also, I also want to get stuff done (so I can practice stillness afterward).
I still have my moments, though. I do tend to be a frustratingly patient person (frustrating to others who wonder why I'm not doing stuff for them, or on their perceived timeline.)
