If you spend 2% of your stack per year, it will last 50 years. How much does 2% of your stack need to be worth to take a year off? Times that number by 50. If you think you'll live longer than 50 years, adjust accordingly.

My advice is to reduce expenses as much as possible while prioritizing quality of life… I live off of a fraction of what it would cost me to live in the States… way easier to control your costs than to make more money, which makes the numbers a hell of a lot easier to crunch
