Agree. My body has adjusted. If tired you can just do light stuff. The important thing is just to keep the routine going. I find a lot of satisfaction in that.
This is helpful. I don’t need to train like I’m heading to the olympics! I need to work on consistency, long term, as I think it will be beneficial overall!
It's just encouraging to me to have people enjoying working on themselves and chatting about it. Little steps will take us all far.
