for one thing people have a harder time with percents than "I need to pay you a quarter every time someone installs my game" 
 is this the MBA equivalent of an education major having to come up with a "novel idea" and all the good ideas are taken so they're stuck with retard options

 Because they wanted to milk free to play games dry. And they probably did not realized that "pay per install" means "infinite money".  They did want to charge developers for webgl apps too, so it would be "20cents per page opened". So they are probably retarded and greedy as fuck.
