 I’m in. Been totally off sugar and hitting the gym regularly until about 3 weeks ago. Since then it’s I’ve cream almost every day and maybe 1/4 of my gym days. I have excuses, but who doesn’t? Let’s get #nosfit.

 Had ice cream tonight. Now I’ve got too much sugar in my blood and I can’t sleep plus I’m hating myself for it. Tomorrow I will be better. #nosfit 
 in the same boat Ry. well not ice cream. wife had a tough day yesterday and wanted to go get a drink last night. had a bourbon with her. not the best decision for a Wednesday. anyway back on it today. 👏 
 GM! It’s a beautiful day to be healthy and treat my body right. Starting with black coffee and fasting until noon.
