i've had a camping/hiking itch for quite some time and i really want my knee to get back in top condition
looking into pilates and swimming
More recently with running, I’m finding that post run stretches are very helpful in the recovery process
I’ve never done pre run stretching, but perhaps it could help
Cold stretches = 💀
Need warm up first
I like a slow start and slow finish. Timing is bullshit, but I still do it because I’m a competitive monkey at the end of the day 🐒
