Thank you. 💜 I’m to the point of wanting to contact my case managers boss… ask why this is required. 

I got an email *again* this morning asking for a phone call update because we’ve been emailing back and forth since the move… even though the rep has all the info they need and I always reply within 48 hours to any questions. I quite literally updated him 2 weeks ago… 

I’m sick of it. I may try AISH because it’s likely better than this harassment.
