That's probably not going to happen, there will be one central hub and maybe some fringe others that no one will use.

But if it truly happened and Bluesky ended up with, say, 16 different hubs then that would require apps to listen to all of those before building their feed (and then that app view would become the central point of the network) or the network would be splitted in multiple with no way to reconcile all the parts.
