 I just have the mostr relay in my relays. It does the work.

 You can connect your Nostr account to a Twitter account to send your notes there using https://connect.nos.social/
And if you use this relay wss://relay.momostr.pink/ and follow the  @Bridgy Fed for Bluesky account here it will send all of your notes to Bluesky. 
I use all of these for Nostr adoption
