 @88f809c5 unfortunately when they converted the top floors into flats they got rid of the roof terrace (and the kitchen I think?). It did used to have pavement seating though.

 @77157f78 I was just about to comment on the roof terrace, have been googling some photos - looked beaut. Sad how the utility of pub buildings so often gets "developed" outside of viability. The 1st floor terrace is now 2 stories of flats.

Looked like it was a nice pub before.

Outdoor seating could be a boon in the summertime, decent amount of pavement there.

 @77157f78 the basement is big enough there could be scope to squeeze a kitchen in down there, that'd be pretty expensive though. It's probably not useful for added seating alas.
