For the last 48 hours I've had the worst hay fever I've ever experienced. It started after Richard started work in the garden. This may be coincidental but, strangely, the hay fever only seems to be a problem when I'm at home. When I've biked into town or to the supermarket, or yesterday when we were taking visiting friends for a tour of Whanganui, it abates dramatically.

I'm struggling to manage it at home, all the same. Any suggestions most welcome.

It can be SO debilitating!

For me indoors can also, but not always, be difficult. I guess it has to be my two furry friends... but cats are more important than anything! 😄

Recently though it was the local nettles' pollen for sure, so as soon as I got a hundred metres or so away from the house it subsided a lot.

It's a nightmare getting to the root of any allergy really, I feel your pain!
