What I see on my daily walk is a couple campers / RVs that move from time to time up and down a side street in a commercial area. I will also guess there are far more than the 6K or so this story talks about.

You could say a Favela is being built: -at least 1 is dealing meth -lots of kids around not in school -near grocery store where they steal food beer and toilet paper -Pop up free cell phone booth is social gathering point during nice days -These people are not from Colorado.
