Imma fly to El Salvador if food runs out
I got donuts. I’m good. 😂
You can do rooftop sunset yoga, then get 3 pupusas for 3k sats and eat them on the beach in El Salvador though #PuraVida 🤙
Sold. This is my dream.
If you ever make it over there, this is the rooftop sunset yoga right on the beach. It’s awesome. https://zonteyoga.com
🥰🥰🥰 omg that’s amazing 🤩
Also, I think the instructor Airbnbs a room at her place if you wanna stay with her. She seems cool.
Good to know 🤙
I need to visit for sure.
Same 🤙
some are visiting in mid November 😉
Wish I could 😭 then!
I’ll be there 🤙
We are hanging out someday. Count on it.
Nice is there a conference or something in November? Also I am curious whats the best time of the year to visit El Salvador?
Idk but I’m pretty sure if I went, I wouldn’t want to return to the US
Yeah @AdoptingBitcoin is in November. I go every year. November is a great time to go. https://za24.adoptingbitcoin.org

Stocking up on essentials in bulk has no downsides: 1. Bulk is cheaper 2. Inflation will mean it saves you money over time 3. If nothing happens, you'll still eventually use what you bought. nostr:note1g4kj5qgxmn84uu8a8y7d0ptzxwky7ucth8mgcvqnw7wt4g27d50ql8z5w7
Depends on how much and when. Ex. Buying a year+ worth of beef to freeze right now instead of Bitcoin may wind up being a huge loss.
True, food can be tricky - though it is hard to say how difficult it could be to obtain beef in the near future. Saying that, Bitcoin will probably be $58k a year from now if this keeps up 😂
I generally agree but since I’m the contrarian I’ll offer gentle pushback: 1) generally but not always. Do the math to be sure 2) don’t forget the concept of opportunity cost and time value of money. 3) as long as it doesn’t expire or your purchasing preferences don’t change
All good points! I would say it is a balance that needs to be struck, but in any extreme scenario, it may be impossible to source certain items no matter how much purchasing power someone has. In which case, extra ammo could come in handy.
For sure! I tend to keep about a 24 month supply on hand. Levels will fluctuate but being able to have a decent buffer enables buying things in bulk when they are on sale which is a major life hack And extra ammo is always a great resource 😁
I wish we had access to guns and ammo here. We're just sitting ducks over in Europe.
Dang 🫂 3D printing firearms for self defense is easy nowadays but ammunition is tricky. A great reason for those who are able to stock up
I've considered it, but yeah... ammo is a problem and no doubt I would be placed on yet another watchlist.
