😊👍 Been very low carb/carnevorish for 4 y now. Led to only having the need to eat usually twice a day and staying lean and fit. Never done any longer fasts than 1 day though 😊. Tip: Don't forget the electrolytes when fasting longer. Those are lost very quickly with the water in the first couple of days. Headache and tiredness are comon symptoms of low electrolytes. Good luck.

10 days… That’s legit. I don’t want to lose muscle so capping it at 3 days. Also feels great 🔥
It may feel counterintuitive, but you're losing muscle up to 3 days, after that it stops, as the organism ramps up HGH production 10x. Also stem cells are released, which repairs the organism where it is necessary. I do it 6 years already and experienced all effects myself.
Good job and good luck! I slowed down food intake the last two days and should start a full 3-5 days fast from tomorrow. I have done this couple of times in the past years and it was always great. I also use salt with water and it goes fine.

Been contemplating a 7 day fast for a while. This post made me do a 3 day fast and I've got 12 hours to go. Feeling good and was surprisingly easy. Many thanks.
