šš Been very low carb/carnevorish for 4 y now. Led to only having the need to eat usually twice a day and staying lean and fit. Never done any longer fasts than 1 day though š. Tip: Don't forget the electrolytes when fasting longer. Those are lost very quickly with the water in the first couple of days. Headache and tiredness are comon symptoms of low electrolytes.
