 Tonight’s dinner. Chicken thigh tacos with fajita veggies, refried beans smothered in cheese, avocado, traditional red salsa, and salsa macha negra.

 I just ate and now I'm hungry. Chicken thighs are underrated, so much flavor 🤤. 
 Lol. I’m sorry! We usually do carnitas but recently bought a ton of chicken thigh at Costco. I agree, chicken thighs are underrated AF.
