When the restaurant is run by a Bitcoiner https://image.nostr.build/d60c46d4a9ba8bfd6bcf525ff6b8f5e8ec19d22b9b864ed05ac9e848ffcf2af8.jpg
Can we zap them?
Not a fan of the palm oil though
This is what I believe https://image.nostr.build/51c3c74d09c02ffd5e131e8b851f2a704756158c8ef01c00db3260368ce5a95d.jpg
Palm oil is sacred
Red* or unrefined my bad
Still dicey
I try to avoid it but palm oil is right on the border. Tallow, butter/ghee, and coconut oil are the best. https://image.nostr.build/8ab4ab84f0332a17e4d29250b6cd72248c5c96860347bedb132a91d0fc2920c9.jpg
Wut?? Palm oil is literally a seed oil!
Why couldn’t they just use Olive oil or avacado oil? Is the difference is price really that great? Most palm oil comes from palm kernels
Palm oil? Remind me not to order anything sauteed in that restaurant.
It’s always ideal when the restaurant forgoes the use of engine lubricants!
Hoping this starts going mainstream. Went to a nice restaurant a while back and they said that they would have to serve me steamed fish if i wanted it without seed oils. Wild to me that even nice restaurants have replaced all of their fats with seed oils.
Where ? 😂 I want this restaurant in my town
Vegas. A few locations but I've been to the one in Tivoli and it's pretty good
Yoooo I saw that highway sign and I've eaten there 3 times since. Is he a Bitcoiner also?
I thought Palm oil is still extracted from the seed
Palm kernel is and palm is not. Two different kinds. The reason palm is a “dicey” oil is because they are often mislabeled.
Palm oil is high in saturated fat, which may raise LDL cholesterol and increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. Doesn’t sound healthy to me
All non seed oils are high in saturated fat brosky
The tallow is high in saturated fat but also high in fat soluble vitamins. Palm oil is highly processed and lost most if not all of its nutritional value not to mention its destructive environmental impact. Your bitcoin guy has not thought this through
