That last potato is cute asf
 😂😂😸 absolutely!
 I am the last potato.
Changing bio
Two friends are at the beach and one guy notices the gals are all around him. So he asks the secret
“Put a potato in your swim suit” he says with a wink

A few week later the friends are having a pint, “how’d my trick work for you?”

“Not good everyone just pointed & laughed at me”

“Oh my mistake, you need to put the potato in the FRONT of your suit”
 Approved :D
Woah! I have never seen such a haul
I was very surprised! It was 10 plants per box/variety 🙌🏼
We decided against potatoes this year because we got such a small crop for the effort
How do you plant them? We plant them a little raised like this and when the weeds grow we crop them and put even more soil on top so there is more space for the growth https://image.nostr.build/a54421dba354faa9d2b66867e5cd9e970b389d6992163903c206d159bacbef85.jpg
Thats how we did it, that being said we pulled them mid July, maybe we didn’t let them grow the whole season
Maybe a little late, there is a saying in Germany „if you plant me in April, I grow when I want and if you plant me in may, I grow instantly“

Maybe that works for your area, too!
I would like to plant them earlier next year (this year we had below freezing by the end of April so I planted them in may) good luck if you decide to try growing potatoes again! 🥔
Here is how i do mine (picture from the previous year but its the same anyway)

I harvested a month ago. In general i harvest in August

 Huge plot! They look great
I don't know if it is huge. There are about 250 roots there, but i use other gardens too. Usually i plant a little bit more than 300 roots
I casually did like 50 wow, any secrets to keeping them into the winter?
In a protected place as dry as possible. I also throw ash on them!!! But if it gets colder than -10 celsius i will lose some. They become like plastic or something. I don't know what i would do if i was in Canada...
 When do you plant?
If the weather is good i plant in february and hatvestbearlier than august. Usually it is not that good and i plant in march or even april. Keep in mind i am in Greece...
February is my coldest month. I usually start the spring bed in March
 Quit bragging lol
Haha seriously being inspired. I'm going to dig a new potato bed in the spring
 Wohooo! Amazing!!! Beautiful harvest!!! 🥳
 Thank you!! 🥳🥳🥔✨
Cute cat-ato you have there. 💜
 Good growing. Smokin' taters
 Beautiful potatoes!
Great work, you're ready for the winter.
🤤 you've got an amazing winter ahead of you!
 Exactly 🥳
It is so fun to dig around in dirt and find a harvest of them. FTW
 Yes absolutely! 🥳
 Dang, girl! That's amazing!
They are look fine as hell!
If you had left the mud on them they'd last longer or you'll have to keep them in paper sacks, cold, dry & dark.
 Amazing 🤩
Lovely, as usual! GM lovely girl ! Happy week! 💃🕺💜
 GM💜 let’s rock this week 🥳🫶🚀
