Will this really stand up in the courts though? Given enough loss in tax revenue, I'm sure the feds will argue usage == tax evasion. "The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taxing_and_Spending_Clause Not agreeing with it. I just don't think it will stay white market in US
Bitcoin Bros don't want to know this truth. Bitcoin is public. The blockchain is monitored. You can't hide easily. If the feds want to criminalise it they can and they will. Cash will be easier, hide under your mattress with your now useless crypto keys!
That's why we work on privacy. There's so much work to do
Monero already solved the privacy problem. There's no more work to do. Everything else is just lies and marketing by bitcoin holders hoping to get rich from the ignorance of others. Bitcoiners are holding back decentralised private money without writing a single line of code.
