At this Indian restaurant near my house, I always get “butter paneer”. Can someone explain what the “butter” means? Does it mean like regular table butter or something else?

Also, what is “mutter paneer”? Thanks in advance. #asknostr 🙏
 Hydrogenated canola oil.
Muttar is peas. So it's peas cooked with paneer (basicly cheese)
 Perfect, thanks!
Optimistically, it's ghee or clarified butter.

Pessimistically, it's engine lubricant.
If it's an Indian restaurant, you sure as hell hope they're using ghee and only that. 😅
Feels good to be an optimist 😎
