 Fat !
It’s what a body needs !
What's the problem with 0% Greek tho?
10% fat was the thing that most people like it for.
And all the milks are low fat , soy , and almond 🤦‍♂️
Hate those "Greek style" scams the most
😂 true story for me too 😂😂
In US I believe where everything is fat free but contains sugar including yogurt.🤯
you can get "natural" yoghurt with sugar in it now too. so wrong.

and nobody makes proper long brewed anymore, the really sour stuff. that's the best because it has the highest bacteria count.
And the cup next to it also has fruit jam. 🥲
 💯
technically they can say it's greek style if it's dehydrated milk base. if it is made from full fat milk it is 7-12% fat depending on how much it was cooked down. when it had only 0.2% fat to start with by the end it's only 0.4-0.6.

if only the greeks could make "greek yoghurt" like the french make "champagne" and the serbs "schlivovits" then they would have to say 'thick yoghurt' instead like 'sparkling wine' or 'plum brandy'.
In Greece 2% fat is very common
But it has high protein. That is ultimately, the most important macro nutrient for a good body composition. 😄
Youve just got to make a plate of cheese, cold meats and boiled eggs. Only edible things in most hotel buffets.
That‘s exactely how I do it these days and it‘s serving me well
Fat free yogurt or kefir is just wrong. Why do they want to go and ruin a good thing?
 The struggle is real!
Grabs chocolate chip cookie or muffin.

It's raisin.
 Lol
Always feel like the same
 haha
 Totally
Haha, Greek yoghurt and fat free should be two opposite concepts.
