It seems pdx.social a self-hosted mastodon instance is using a bot that creates npubs mimicking it's users on nostr. I guess this is why you see maybe a mostr address looking at me. The bot is registered on mostr.pub & so is every account created on that mastodon instance. Maybe you should get on the right platform so your not confused.
