Have you superglued your caps lock on forever
 👏👏👏👏
Living in the country I only have access to T mobile home internet, it does not allow dhcp configuration or port forwarding, so getting a future bit Apollo 2 would not allow me to run own full node or mine, correct?

What do you mean by doesn't allow dhcp config? You can always put your router behind the ISP router.

If you mean you won't get a public IP address, then that's correct, but you could work around it with dynamic DNS clients. If your ISP blocks incoming connections, then I'm afraid your options are Tor (too slow for mining), or a VPN hosted on a VPS provider like Linode (I've heard while not ideal, the latency is acceptable for mining)
Thanks for the reply, I'm going to setup my "home" mining at a friends place
I humbly submit the outro song for CD116: The Worker's Song.

Protect your earnings. Protect your life. Stay humble and stack sats .

"And when the sky darkens, and the prospect is war,
Who's given a gun and then pushed to the fore?
And expected to die, for the land of our birth
Though we've never owned one lousy handful of earth.

We're the first ones to starve, we're the first ones to die,
The first ones in line for that pie in the sky,
And we're always the last when the cream is shared out
For the worker is working when the fat cat's about."

 Hell ya
This was a super bullish episode! The rise of the solo/small miner is so positive for bitcoin.

This episode also highlights why @ODELL is my favorite bitcoiner. He does an amazing job of bridging the gap between the technical and non-technical worlds of bitcoin, while always striving to highlight the tradeoffs between different paths.

I came to bitcoin from the finance side, but my technical chops have gotten pretty decent over the past few years from listening to Citadel Dispatch and trying my hand at some of the projects mentioned...MyNode, Sparrow, Seedsigner, Start9 and getting my beef directly from a rancher, just to name a few. I will probably add FutureBit and/or Bitaxe to that list.

I might wear a suit while I'm mining fiat, but I'm rocking my CD hat for beers after.

Thank you, Matt. You have made a huge positive impact on my and my family's life.

RIP puppy sail
hash power to the people ✊
Fire as usual, thanks @ODELL! 🔥

Let's change that number 50k vs. 100 mio.

btw: "ideologically motivated" is only partially true. Don't forget, that these "enthusiasts" are all getting paid by number goes up. So, there is some incentive. Besides securing the network. imho
