@a9bc9943 I HAVE TOSHIBA HDDs AND THEY HAVE FAILED FOR 3 TIMES WITHIN WARRANTY SBHDHEIUZHS
@Eric Zhang I had a friend who's dad worked on office printers. And every service call he would do was replacing the Toshiba HDDs and then watch family guy while reinstalling the printer OS or whatever. Like how does a printer drive even fail, it barely does anything. You know your brand name is shit when need to make up your own fake ass shell subdivision Kioxia because nobody would buy drives if they knew they were manufactured by the same company who's drives fail in FUCKING PRINTERS.
@a9bc9943 @Eric Zhang I don't know man, laser printers are basically worst case scenario for electronics with the heightened temperatures and ozone inside them
@2eaaf069 @Eric Zhang I mean it's an office printer not the mars rover, if I spent 10k on a Xerox laser or wax printer, I'd expect it to have mitigations for all that environmental stuff.
@a9bc9943 @Eric Zhang I've never heard good things about xerox printers to be honest, but that may just be me
@2eaaf069 @Eric Zhang I wouldn't know I've never been a printer tech.
@a9bc9943 How do you even reinstall the printer OS lmao
@a9bc9943 Also Toshiba: https://youtu.be/qSUASl-iBTw
@Eric Zhang This is what they spend R&D money on instead of building hard drives that don't suck ass. smh
@a9bc9943 This thing must be way easier to build compared to a hard drive. It has to be. It doesn't make sense if it doesn't xd
@Eric Zhang Yeah it's just some motors and servos, looks like FNAF type shit. I don't get why Japan likes humanoid robots, unless they start making mobile suit Gundam or the Terminator idgaf https://mstdn.starnix.network/system/media_attachments/files/111/074/433/734/129/004/original/975ad3ea8dfaad74.mp4
@a9bc9943 @Eric Zhang i think they'll sooner make mass produced robotic wives than killer androids or murder mechs
@Final:z:Badguy:shrussia: @Eric Zhang They're gonna have to. Cause their herbivore hikkineets are too busy not getting any bitches, money, or enjoyment out of life, and their salarymen are too busy visiting soapland while being married and being worked to death in order to have children to replenish their decreasing population. #RIPBOZO #NotMyProblem #LoveLive #finance #cofe https://mstdn.starnix.network/system/media_attachments/files/111/074/534/379/637/430/original/42bb3f8dbb662a10.jpg
@a9bc9943 @Eric Zhang what about cabaret clubs? i think those are just as popular as soaplands, if not more popular don't forget the wives going to host bars just like their husbands go to cabaret clubs
@Final:z:Badguy:shrussia: @Eric Zhang Soaplands as in the prostitution is illegal, so yeah cabarets are more common because they actually are legitimate businesses. All I'm saying is that I'd go to a maid cafe because I think those are a funny concept. But I wouldn't go to a cabaret because my pride is too high to pay to talk to a hostess and 100% I'm too awkward to talk to someone I'm not actually friends with. But in any case if you are married you shouldn't be going to a cabaret to talk to a hostess or host. But for some reason that's not viewed in the same way as cheating. Westoids in for a rude awakening when they realize Nippon is not Trad or Cath and that they're just a bunch of perverts that sell used underwear in vending machines tbqhfam :cirno_cry: https://mstdn.starnix.network/system/media_attachments/files/111/074/717/121/222/227/original/f5413b6f507b944a.jpg
@a9bc9943 @Eric Zhang i like japan not for being tradcath racists but for being silly schizophreniacs
@Final:z:Badguy:shrussia: @Eric Zhang I like them for that as well, and they make better video games. :cirno_smile: Japan is like an amusement park, I wouldn't want to live in one.
@a9bc9943 @Eric Zhang yea, it's interesting to watch, and it'd be fun to see it in person, but i wouldn't wanna live there full time https://eientei.org/media/b40dfd8417bd2d79500c9985b1ade27e8a569dd6fe7e4cb55de6a73130f94570.png?name=ryukocarefree.png

@Eric Zhang @a9bc9943 this sounds like building nas with toshiba is a poor idea. looking at ultrastars at the moment
@threat[54777] @Eric Zhang Those are good, at least they were when HGST was still independent. I don't think WD has completely absorbed them yet.
