Proof of work - no doubt. Be sure you get enough protein, especially if you are working out. I did a similar 'proof of work' but cut out seed oils, wheat, and sugar. Mostly protein based with some veggies. Went from 270 to 170 without really dieting - I eat a lot! Many other health benefits showed up too.
