I've been considering it for a while. It's a simple mechanic so not exactly deserving of a standalone application. But I do think it can be leveraged so I would likely start with something that shows a way to leverage it.

There is a client somewhere out there that displays multiple feeds in column layouts. I was thinking perhaps I could aggregate the user's follow list and allow people to have a one-click method for loading up feeds from their follow list. Basically shorten the process and remind people it can and should be done. It is an effective method of discovery for sure.

 Yes, primarily I want to showcase the discovery of new npubs derived from "feeds of friends".

However there is no end to this method of discovery. You could just as well discover all of Nostr by following the npub rabbit hole. 

 How would we go about looking for topic oriented threads though? I wouldn’t just want to search through npubs until I see something that interests me
