 That is the best. We only buy grass fed and local if we can, when we can. The taste is so much better.

 It was depressing for a while because my amazing local butcher shop literally around the corner closed over a year ago and in its place they’re opening a Burger King. Now I have to travel a little further to the new one but it’s worth it to not buy from the supermarket.

 Basically went from selling earth energy to corporate poison. We have a local butcher shop a few miles away, not a bad drive. It has all kinds of meats. The people are super friendly and helpful when I come with questions. I love shopping in family owned stores. Big stores yes they employ more people which is great. Nothing against them. It comes down to the buyers to be smart to chose what is best for them. But family owned stored although more expensive they tend to really care more about what they sell.
