Basically went from selling earth energy to corporate poison. We have a local butcher shop a few miles away, not a bad drive. It has all kinds of meats. The people are super friendly and helpful when I come with questions. I love shopping in family owned stores. Big stores yes they employ more people which is great. Nothing against them. It comes down to the buyers to be smart to chose what is best for them. But family owned stored although more expensive they tend to really care more about what they sell.
