 I've spent the day outside in the beautiful autumn sun.

Hours throwing a ball to the new dog that seems to have boundless energy (border collie).

7 hours slow cooking a lamb leg in the BBQ. It's spent the last 3 on a bed of oyster mushrooms simmering in it's own juices. Should make a nice gravy to go with the mashed potatoes.

 That lamb is looking good! 
 It was so good. I can't believe I've been cooking lamb legs wrong for so long. Slow cooking them leaves then so juicy & tender.
