 @3967703f I once got so frustrated calling Medicare for an office where I worked that I slammed the phone down in the receiver repeatedly about three or four times in quick succession, and I was surprised when I put it to my ear again that the robot said, “It seems like you’re having a problem. Let me get you to an agent.” I was amazed that that worked. Haven’t tried it since, but it felt like a win at the time! 😆
