This gets me in the feels. I hate when someone tells me to "just download the app, it's on iOS *and* Android!".

Sorry, I am an abnormal person. The loss my privacy and my freedom bother me. Like the way an irritating sound or pungent smell may be ignored by neurotypicals, but absolutely unbearable for an Autist.

@ae1c89a6 There's also "you know you can use our app to..." when calling customer service about something-something-or-another and waiting to get through to a representative.

To which my immediate answer is almost invariably: No, I cannot.

Nor do I want to be able to.

(I actually do own a tablet, which I use for a *very* limited set of tasks. It's the least bad option. That doesn't mean I like needing to use it, or am going to use it for anything more than what strictly requires it.)
