When I save my profile with damian@bitcoin.rocks, nostr automatically adds a .com at the end. Am i doing something wrong? Should I try on desktop?

Noob question: can this be used instead of a npub?
Your npub corresponds to your nsec (the key you login with) Instead of having to share your very long npub to connect with people, you can get a Nostr address and share that instead. It makes it much easier for people to find you on Nostr. So your npub still exists, but you can share your address instead.

Thank you! I didn’t see it under settings but under profile then edit… I changed it, clicked save but the it goes back to the old one. Maybe the client takes a while to broadcast and update..??
