I forgot to mention, less now but earlier when I sat down to rest, my hands and arms immediately start shaking/trembling.
@c531994e How close are you to a bail out point?
@c531994e I had the shakes (hands/arms) once immediately after an exhausting trip (one hour, post-trip). No stomach ache though. For me, it might have been dehydration and a depletion of electrolytes (which I now take preemptively).
@c531994e When you're cold you shiver. When you run out of energy you can't shiver and then you become hypothermic. Low blood sugar, from not eating, also causes trembling. Get warm, get rest, eat something.
@68734993 I’m super warm now and trying to eat. Feeling better now. If anything, I have high blood sugar. But that probably dropped. Thank you for the advice! And the trembling and numbness went away. I might be on the road to recovery.
@c531994e I hope it’s nothing major. If you could move at all, it may be a good idea to abandon the camping too. Just in case it’s something that gets worse over time, becomes medical emergency or requires medical attention, like appendicitis.
@3b73b038 I’ve decided to pack up soon and head back to the car. Not worth taking a chance.
