 I actually buy mine from organic producers, both meat and veg.
For household items I will use Woolworths.

 Yeah for household goods there isn’t always a good alternative. We have Drakes supermarkets here that I believe are still locally owned so maybe a slightly better option but they can be more expensive for some things. 

 I'd have to disagree. People especially prone to auto immune responses can react to nightshades like tomatos peppers and eggplants even if they are organic 🤷🏻‍♀️ but hey I get it... I used to love tomatos. Especially some real juicy heirloom tomatoes :) I come from a culture that eats a big bowl of largely tomato based salad at every meal....so I tots get it.
