It’s said Italy is gluten free friendly. It’s not. My celiac spouse really struggled to eat there. They KNOW what celiac is so they’ll straight up tell you “everything is cross contaminated”. 

 Gluten free friendly?? I’d say it’s the complete opposite 😅
