* Even if you manage to sleep you lose energy to do stuff
* You lose part of your ability to focus
* You lose your sex drive
* You lose part of your affection for others
* You lose enjoyment from things you usually enjoy
* You lose your calm, and get restless and anxious more often
* Your cardio-vascular and endocrine health suffers

Respect that stress is a major negative influence on your bodily and mental #health ! Avoid stress if at all possible! Talk to friends and family about it, even if you don't feel like taking about it.

 some will gain weight though from 'comfort eating' 
 That's true, some probsbly will. 
 yea the weight thing is definitely dependent on individual. But either way, stress is certainly a silent killer 
 I myself had a very stressful episode about ten years ago, where I for about half a year lost at least 10-15 kilos of weight and discovered a year later that my hair had visibly greyed. That came as a shock. 
 yikes, that's no good. Sounds like ya made through so that's good at least🙏  
 Well jeeze, I'm ticking all the boxes.
