Very weak argument because you could just say the same thing of Bitcoin. But unlike Bitcoin, Monero is literally untraceable if you are only gathering information solely off the blockchain: 1) There is no transaction graph or receivers visible thanks to Stealth Addresses (no connections of senders and receivers) 2) There are no amounts visible thanks to Confidential Transactions 3) And IP address is obfuscated by default even if you aren't behind Tor thanks to Dandelion++ Any outside/offchain mistakes/data used to find users is moot in this case because that would apply tenfold to any other crypto and has nothing to do with Monero itself.
