I had a short meeting today about speaking at Bitcoin Atlantis. I'd love to go to promote Nostr. However, I can't afford to go unless travel and accomodations are paid. Derek Ross isn't a household name in the Bitcoin community, so I won't be getting my expenses paid unless something changes with their funding. Maybe I should actually do this? Make a small marketing plan and submit a request to @fiatjaf or @OpenSats to pay for these expenses.

I don't have a marketing title by trade, but back when I was a business owner for the better part of a decade, I loved wearing the marketing hat and advertising hat. I have sales and marketing in my blood. I grew up with it. I'm a natural communicator, even though I'm also a tech nerd 🤓😂. I used to speak all of the time. Since I don't technically do this for a living, I don't know if I should? Thoughts? Dumb? Not a good use of donated funds? 

 how much do we need to raise? 

 A rough estimate puts it around $1500. Economy flight. Cheap hotel.
