Curious why you would boost this nostr:nprofile1qqs9pk20ctv9srrg9vr354p03v0rrgsqkpggh2u45va77zz4mu5p6ccpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhsz9thwden5te0dehhxarj9ehhsarj9ejx2a30qyg8wumn8ghj7mn0wd68ytnddakj7xph5zr I thought as a nut aficionado you were more on the poly-unsaturated side.
The author cites a bunch of older population-based studies, that might actually be flawed. But she ignores all the newer ones. More importantly, she also ignores all the experimental studies exploring the biochemical mechanisms why saturated fats are not ideal for your vascular system.
Since the author istrying to sell a book on the topic she is not neutral, either.

I'd like to read more on recent "evidence" (as good as it gets in nutritional "science") if you have any citations (not disrespecting the scientists, just that it's basically impossible to extract solid knowledge from the science).

PS: I couldn't care less about nutrition cultism. Most people use food to signal which social group or belief system they belong to.

They are all retarded.
Totally agree with your take on nutrition cultism. But that paper caters to beliefers in one of these cults.
