I'd love to be able to grab a photo from my Gallery and share it directly to Nostr via Amethyst.
Right now, the process is to add an image to a post, which is forced to use a different app with inferior search.

Yep, seems like an obvious feature to have
Tap the lower left icon when posting. You can add any photo from your phone gallery to a post via built in media server. Check your media server settings in Amethyst.
Not what I'm talking about
When you click on the image in the gallery it takes you to the post that the image is attached to. You can then share that post which shares the image.
Unless you mean you only wanted to share that image without the post.
I mean my phone's gallery app, not anything in Amethyst itself. I want to seamlessly post an image to Amethyst.
