my friend, I gave another poast user advice about this in the matrix earlier: do not make yourself available to people who do not value your work, your time or you in general. if you are in an okay place where you can spend a week or two finding new employment without much strain you should not return. do not reward those who choose to crush your spirit as reward

I actually drove back, texted my boss I was there because I wanted to talk to him, and he kept me waiting for 15 minutes at the end of which I said fuck it and went home. He sent me a bitchy voicemail a few moments later whining about how I'm wasting an opportunity. It's like motherfucker this job doesn't even pay that well and tons of other places are hiring at better rates. Don't act like you're doing me a favor.
