nobody is allowed to make another rule - precedents in jurisprudence must be open to challenge, and for making suit, but not to decree

the rest is established canon of jurisprudence there is no real reason for legislation except for protecting monopolies owned by connected individuals

you don't need any rules to enforce physics, why should law be any different
