It has to be trustless or it won’t work. It shouldn’t be that hard. You just integrate the program with the stats of the sport. You’d put up the sats for the bet and they go into escrow and then get released after the stats meet the necessary criteria (e.g. sports team wins/loses). I think the legal ramifications are why no one has made it yet.
