The key differentiator between nostr and other platforms is that you can take your identity (a public key) and following to different applications.

So we need a completely different application- something completely unlike twitter- to demonstrate that difference. And then another application. All of which you’re using the same public key as your identity, so your followers carry over. 

Also, we need better key management. Like a tapsigner for nostr. Keep your private key fully offline, and sign messages with the tap of a signing device. 

 More applications yes.
This is critical.
But applications don’t just magically get users.
You can build a beautiful boat, but you need to get it on the water and sail it somewhere.
